Group 70 International, Inc. is committed to developing an economically viable, systems integrated approach to utilities, and infrastructure based on LEED compliant sustainability principles for each of our projects.
We consist of a divierse team of LEED AP experts in sustainable development, design, and research. The objective is to build the most reputable, multi-disciplined, and knowledgeable team for systems design and integration.
Our team is changing the traditional model of utilities and infrastructure from expense-based vertical systems to revenue-generating horizontal integrated systems. Design of architecture and interiors is part of this integration with infrastructure.
The process begins with understanding the culture, the community, the land, and it's natural resources. We are uniquely qualified to meet project goals with:
