Design Concept

The repurposing concept of the McCandless building 2nd floor space focused on attaining the highest LEED certification possible, while maintaining the culturally sensitive and relevant design aesthetic for which our firm is recognized. Local materials were utilized as well as the most current sustainable technology and construction methods, creating a precedent setting LEED Platinum commercial interior in the State of Hawai‘i.
