Group 70's design preserves 87% of the open area, saves 45% on energy costs, conserves water with rainwater catchment and low-flow fixtures, and incorporates photovoltaic panels. This environmentally friendly facility reflects the area's historic architecture and provides state-of-the-art educational facilities.
